Kate has her pulse on the finger of Pittsburgh's residential real estate market, especially in the East End. She is one of the first ones to find out about new highly desirable listings that will go quickly. She will find time to get you in to see those properties immediately. She is frank in assessing whether a property is priced fairly and presents the cost variables and contingencies clearly. She is very experienced in the negotiation process and has a network of contacts (inspectors, trades people, settlement agencies, lenders) to help expedite the closing process. Most tellingly, she will remain a friend once the deal is done.

Kate was my agent when I purchased a home in Squirrel Hill. She saved the day at the very last minute, hiring a structural engineer to conduct an evaluation and issue a report within 24 hours to address a lender's concerns. The deal would not have closed without her heroic efforts in the last inning!
